So my first question is: Is there any definite time frame that we will be updating to 1.14? The version is now up to 1.14.4 and I hope that we can be updated before October, but I was wondering if anyone had any information on this.
Secondly, I would like to give my thoughts on a server reset. I do not think it would be good, and here's why. New people can /wild and play like its a new server. Old players can also empty their inventory and /wild and play like its a new server. But to involuntarily take everything that everyone has ever worked for would not be in anyone's best interest. We would have to remake everything, the shopping districts, the end, the nether shops, they would all be gone. If you took it simply on a majority split, everyone's things are all taken. That being said, if there was a reset, odds are I would not come back to the server.
Finally, another thing I had been thinking about, is that there should be a price to pay, or an option to buy very special things. Like if you had a city or a township, you could pay an admin like 15k diamonds to get a /warp. If you built a really cool arena or Colosseum, you could give an admin 15k diamonds to enable pvp in that area, then another 15k to get a warp there. I think that this type of *special* buying, while not vanilla, gives people more variety to do things and explore. Sort of like Cake's (Mark's) shop but with more reasonable prices (not 100 trillion billion diamonds) but like a couple of tens of thousands for "special bloks".
P.S. and 10k diamonds per additional sethome please. 10/10 would buy.
