There is a small town located at roughly x: 6969 , z: -2822 located fairly close to the town that my friends and I built that has been abandoned and unclaimed. We were there first as far as I know (we have been playing for 2 years now). I am inquiring about the legality surrounding us possibly annexing the location as it does slightly interfere with our ability to expand. Some buildings in the town are either slightly griefed (not by us) or unfinished, we are unsure which. Our town is located at x: 7104, z: -2559. Please let me know what we are allowed to do about the situation. Thanks.
