Appeal: So I was just running around the shopping district, and a lot of the shops were closed, and sometimes I open the chests to see what's for sale in said shop. I guess I was running around, and I either:
A) Had a dog (this was, if I'm correct, not stated in the rules to not have an ingame pet follow you in the shopping district), or
B) Repeatedly attempting to open chests of closed shops. Again, not in the rules.
