Originally I thought this should be something the staff made, but choo made some good points and there's obviously support for this project so I'm good to be making a world record book
Some well-known records would be:
VeilStar - most diamonds, and probably playtime
Purple_Star_27 - most deaths
Mario - most shops demoed
Andrezoski - most ocean monuments raided
etc..
If anyone thinks they hold a record, reply with your record and a screenshot of proof. Obviously your number will change especially if it's for playtime or for deaths, but I'll ask everyone who makes a submission for an updated number before I print the books. If someone lists a stat that you've already beaten, make sure to let me know so someone doesn't steal your fame.

i don't see why staff would have to do this. a player could just pick the records and have people submit their numbers. and then just make the book themselves.

My main concern was that people could make up stats, but I guess you could easily enough prove the stats by attaching a screenshot. I updated the original post, and now this threads going to be where players can submit their records and proof (preferably). |

This reminds me of that reporter that said "world famous in New Zealand". These are not world records held by the Simplex community, but records held in the Simplex community. so this should be a called 'Book of Simplex Records' or something instead.
