eemiA Ban Appeal

Hey there, I could understand breaking the ground and happening upon diamonds once or twice but I've 9 times at least! there is just no way someone can be that lucky without the use of xray. here they are nothing much to say about each one other then there was nothing that would lead you to them (like other ores) *slime blocks where diamonds were*

I think that gets the point across. I hated doing this one because you are a very talented builder. Xray is just not allowed. I would also like to point out that they did fix the ghost block bug with 1.13.2 updoot but you are right that the lag has been a bit bad but not to this extent. Have a great day.

For the avoidance of any doubt here are my my opinions on this.

Reasons I was not x-raying
- I never mined ores above me
- I never mined ores that were 2 or more blocks below me
- I never made a direct path to ores
- I used a haste II beacon and cleared a huge around over 10k stone
- Hours mined to hours committed building and playing are small ratios
- 8 months play time and god rank achieved (to throw away for x-rating)
- Multiple checks and resets by moderators over the 8 months when I hit the mining limits and no queries raised
- I clearly mined all ores expect coal and red stone
- I always mined at y-11 and never changed levels to mine blocks
- Past months have had a lot of ghost blocks and client lag from my side which may of caused visual gliches / chunks not loading.

Reasons why I was x-raying
- Been caught over a year ago
- Numerous counts of diamond veins found in a small time period
- I feel I have been watched ever since I came back from a ban because of my past behaviours and certain people not liking me and pouncing on the oppurtunity to ban me
