Hello I'm cookie_penguin and some people may know me as ZeroTwo or myusernameisg_
Today I logged in after perhaps one week or not being able to log in. As soon as I did, I was greeted by a "Congratulations on Amateur Rank".
Obviously not everyone knows me, however a couple players would be able to tell you that I was "Expert" rank and actually only two votes away from "Master". I'm not quite sure why ranks mean as much as they do to me but it was sad to see my rank reset. I wanted to know if there was something I did specifically which caused this. Being away for about a week it is possible I was jailed or temp-banned for some activity? Though I doubt it since I don't know how to use or where to find hacks and so on.
Nonetheless, that is besides the point. I would like staff to tell me if there was some incorrect behavior on my end to receive this penalty or if it is just a glitch/bug. If it is a glitch/bug after all, I would like to kindly request staff to provide me with the correct number of votes I previously had. If I remember correctly I was two votes away from "Master" rank before I voted today (on both cites hence two votes) and decided to log in to check my rewards and that sweet sweet red prefix.
I am sure the staff has more important things to worry about that my silly rank however I hope you are able to find the time to provide me with a reason for this penalty, or glitch/bug as well as a way to redeem my rank if it was taken deliberately or given my rank back if it is some kind of glitch. As I recall, "Master" requires 288 votes and today I placed in my final two votes to reach that goal. Though proper records will surely be more accurate if those are available to staff.
