I went to visit my old desert city base yesterday and I found you and a player with the username rumor2000 had apparently raided it. It had been griefed (though I will admit the grief was mild, only a few blocks here and there), many things had been stolen from chests, entire shulker boxes had been taken, and you had mined a hole straight down through the floor of one of the houses, directly to a spawner.


I had unclaimed this build a while back because it was a sizable chunk of land and I needed the claim blocks elsewhere. However, on Simplex the rules clearly state that raiding and griefing of any builds, including unclaimed builds, is strictly against the rules.

Now that being said, this whole incident did happen a long time ago, back in June. Additionally, many of the griefed structures and stolen items belong to long since inactive players (old friends of mine who built those houses in my city before quitting the server). And lastly, I suppose the argument could be made that you simply heard the spawner and mined down to find it, allowing plausible deniability for the xray claim.

For these reasons, I will reduce your sentence to 1 week, now for only griefing and stealing. I understand this happened a reasonably long time ago, but please don't make this mistake again. Thanks for your appeal!
