Punishment: Ban (which is for some reason a perm ban now)
Reason: X-ray
Appeal: I was falsely accused of X-ray. The first time I was banned I just didn’t care enough to appeal, plus the email doesn’t like to send. This time I was perm banned. I found two groups of diamond very near each other (you can see it in my mine) I was mining and placing stone so I could mine the diamonds when I got banned. Yes I will admit I got a pretty weird mine. That’s a tactic that I found works really well. I’ve been mistaken for an X-rayed because of that, but I assure you, I’m not. Also, I’m my mine you can see I mined out a large area, which I usually do o find ores and stuff. An X-rayer wouldn’t do that. They would mine straight to ores. In my mine, there is one spot that does look suspicious but I assure you it’s not. I do this a lot where i mine out in random directions. I have learned that that works really well. I assure you I wasn’t X-ray, and I apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused you. If u want screenshots my discord it TheEpicFuzzray#3213.

Thank you for the appeal. Below you will find three screenshots for why you were banned for the first time, which was back on 8/15/18 by Veesters. Since you didn't feel the need to make an appeal for the first time you were banned I figured we needed some context on why you are now perma banned.

I'm sure Veesters has more screenshots but this one to me pretty much nailed it for obvious xray. So you got temp banned for seven days. Obviously not enough to bother with an appeal and that's fine. So now we go into today, 9/2/18;

In the same area you xrayed the first time...

9/2 Before you mined to diamonds...

9/2 After you mined to diamonds...

This one, like the one above from 8/15, was self evident of xraying but I'll humor you with your large area you mined out. This happened after you hit the limit, you mined this big hole and found more diamonds.

Now I will say that while you were digging out this big hole I was watching you in spectator going back and forth to those diamonds you mined to and couldn't.

In any case, you were banned. I did originally ban you for 7 days until I saw the stuff you did previously and found out that Veesters had banned you once already. Server policy says that if you are caught xraying after the first ban the next ban is permanent. If you had appealed the first time back on 8/15 you would know this. But you didn't, and are now dealing with it. If you still disagree with my evidence, I will have another staff member look at the area again because I am human and I make mistakes, from time to time.

hello, sorry, but i do disagree with your evidence. when i found the 2d patch of diamonds, i assume you where watching me in spectator. If you where, you would see that i was mining out the big space to try to mine the other diamonds. if you where watching you would see that found those diamonds by chance. If i was xraying, i would have gone straight towards them. You would also see the holes in the walls that i made from time to time. That is how i found the first patch of diamonds. I understand you make mistakes. Its ok, im just asking you to review your evidence again.

I agree with Massani's findings. Many second time offenders try to hide/cover up their xraying by not going right towards diamonds. Leaving those holes in walls as they go to try and cover the fact they were in fact xraying. There are times we do get it wrong, this is not one of those times. Give it some time and re appeal later down the road. We take xraying very seriously. It is stealing from those who actually mine without hacks for their diamonds.
