Appeal: After reading the threads related to the reasoning behind X-Ray bans, I can easily see how the staff would have been in the right mind to see me as a hacker. First, I have my Gamma brightness in the Minecraft files set to 10, 10 times more than the norm. I was previously unaware (and still unsure) that this was against the rules. The reasoning behind me setting my Gamma up is simply because I hate having to place torches every few blocks in my mine and being able to see without them seemed like an easy fix for me. Also seeing as how there are sethomes on the server, I don't have to worry about mobs spawning in my mine on my back to the end of it. If the rules are that I am not allowed to raise my gamma i will happily set it back down again, but please believe me when I say that i rose it for no bad intentions. Another point that the ban repeal guides mention is that of the pattern of mining. My mine is purely a 1 directional mine. It probably goes on for 100's of blocks (although I have never actually checked) in one direction only changing course to avoid obstacles such as Lava and silverfish blocks. As well as before, if this style of mining is to suspicious I will happily change how I mine. Thirdly, the plugin used to stop X-Rayers from continuously mine diamonds, may seem pretty suspicious in my case because for the past few days I have been getting that pop-up a lot. This is because I have been mining a lot. I have been mining a lot because I am waiting till i get my 5th sethome from voting in order to continue mapping out the regions around me (Which is made more convenient with a sethome to go there and back from my base). So naturally with all the mining I have been doing, and not much else, I have been consitently been ringing that bell that shows up in the Admins chat. Again, please believe me that I have simply been mining lot recently, and I dont mean any disrespect by this, but I am not X-Raying. Thank You.
