Punishment: Ban
Reason: Shit talker on discord (first time ever)
Appeal: Well it started with a brand new player asking if any admins were on, myself and like 4-5 others said yes, me. Myself saying it as a joke, then me being a bit troll-like on the server chat. Then I was just chilling out on discord having a normal conversation when I was talking I talked about the situation on discord with a couple others having a calm chat. Then I say something along the terms of about everyone who said they were an admin I was the only one being targeted on voice chat. I took it didn't say much after then I get a notification from ken saying that If I wanted to be too scared to talk shit to his face on discord when he was offline, (blah blah blah) didn't get to read it all because I was banned immediately after. Basically, I felt I was being targeted said something about it and got banned. IDK I don't feel anything I said was wrong if anything I was being treated unfairly due to saying something about Ken's as a person not as a mod.

You broke multiple rules today it was time for you to go. I did not target you one bit but as a journeyman rank you should no better. As for discord I was getting reports that you were doing a ton of shit talking including saying along the lines of "he had a large thing in his anal cavity." After you were banned from discord all the people that were on the voice chat thanked me for banning you. In the end we don't need your aditude on this server. You bothered plenty of people you disrespected staff and you impersonated staff. In the end I do not feel you should be allowed back into the server. Also the fact that you are trying to say I am bad at my job and that I should be removed you are the one and only I have seens ay this so I would say you only think I should be removed because I did my job and acted properly.

I do believe I broke one rule today and I believe the other rule you believe I broke was staff disrespect at no point whatsoever do I believe I did staff disrespect I told you that I was joking and that you should take a chill pill.
On discord I did ask if anyone else felt that basically if you had a stick up your ass because you sounded really rude. And If you want to ban me on discord I do give you that I was being toxic but as for the server I don't believe I shouldn't be allowed to play as for in my 2 years playing this is my first ban. Also I never said you should be removed from mod or admin whatever you are idk.

He was getting his panties in a knot over Ender apparently sounding like a woman so I told him there is no need for confusion. He then said that he doesn’t even know me, implying that he doesn’t have to listen to me. I was just giving advice to not make it a big deal but he was being rude to everyone.

I wasnt upset about it I was just confused I was asked if I had a problem I said no because I dont this was way after the fact then I said was so confused to my sister because she was asking about our trip to new jersey and idk what his/her name is that I said I dont know you to but even then I was not being rude to anyone at least I wasnt trying to I guess I do have to remember that this is the internet but I do remember trying to just get it done with by asking dan to do a 1v1 on csgo. But I do owe enderkitty for being confused because they didnt sound the same but could have just said it how it is or asked me to not mention it again. I am respectful to people who I believe deserve it. However I am human I make mistakes and sometimes dont realize it and I get a perma ban as my first offense ever? I do not think this is fair.

Okay we are going to reduce your punishment.you are going to remained banned from discord until we feel fit. I will reduce your ban down to a 3 day mute. As you said you are human and as am I sometimes emotions get in the way you really did upset me and vee with your comments in discord it could be you just " joking" but we don't know you and when talking to people we don't know we don't understand each other's jokes. I do appoligise if I did over react.
