When I load Minecraft and try to get on the server, the ping for Simplex is the red X and it says "Can't connect to server.". When I click on it to Join, it says "java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: no further information:". The "Refresh" button and restarting Minecraft give the same results. Is this just for me, or the server itself, because I was logging on just fine yesterday.

Update: According to the "Shoutbox", GavstarB is having the same problem. PMC says 0/100 players and server offline. Apparently we are down down for the moment.

I was on the server until about 5 minutes ago, and there wasn't any warnings about it shutting down, like when the restarts happen or when staff turn the server off. I don't think I was lagging it, at least not intentionally

Yeah the server shut down and its giving the same error it usually gives when eternity servers are doing maintenance on their upper level servers. Ive already submitted a support ticket so we'll see if we get a response soon.

Meehan maybe you should consider self-hosting so we can avoid this problem. I just want simplex to work.

Well theres too many complications with self-hosting. We'd have less RAM, be located in Australia which is far far away from our main playerbase, and id have to leave my computer on 24/7

It's back up now, but this is what they sent me:
"We are currently working on getting new servers so the downtime from last week doesn't happen again."
