max claim blocks

Because apparently Meehan doesn't want us to 'claim the world' with 160k claimblocks from playtime. Used to be 80k. I probably would have triple of what the cap is by now. *shrug*

World is 85,000 by 85,000 = 7,225,000,000 blocks
160,000/7,225,000,000 = 0.002% = 1/45156.25

Since the border expansion of 1.13.2 many new builds have sprung up, and more builds mean the need to claim more land. However the cap on claim blocks from claims have limited many players from claiming their builds, leading to worries that griefers might come and mess with the build. This is why we need an increase to the max claim block limit. As it stands with the current 100,000 x 100,000 block world we can only claim 0.000036125% of the world. This is down from what it was in 1.12 (0.00005%) after the last increase. I feel like if the player plays long enough they should be able to claim more. This is blocked by the limit. Even if we were given infinite claim block limit, we still would not be able to claim the whole world due to others claims. With that unlimited limit only the older players would be able to claim more. So I ask you. Why do we need a limit on the claim blocks if only the older players would be able to claim all their land? I'm not saying we should make it unlimited, but we should at least raise it to where the players can claim the amazing builds that they erect. I see no major issue that can't be solved by doing so. So let's raise that limit.
