W.A.R.P is a new shop that is situated near the spawn, which allows you to order mobs for use in your bases and farms. Nearly every mob in the game is available, including Elder Guardians and Shulkers (however, they will be very expensive). All mobs will be named to prevent them from despawning. That looks very cool, but it goes against the whole point of semi-vanilla survival, if you can buy whatever mob you need.

I bet they're 128 diamonds each or something. |

No because they're spawnable by the player, like iron golems and snow golems. There's really no point in a delivery service for them |
