"Alt account" Minecraft Username: T_Pan
Reason: "Alt account" (T_Pan) was banned for "sneaking into shopping district."
I'd like to make an appeal for unbanning my "alt account." My best friend doesnt know how ban appeals work so Im doing it for him. Who ever banned my best friend's account ( T_Pan) may have noticed that on one occasion, my account (Andrezoski) had the same IP address as T_Pan. Well, id like to explain to the best of my possibilities to prove that I did not use my best friends' account as a mean of sneaking into the shopping district.
On tuesday, March 13,2018, I went over to my best friend's house during the course of spring break. The IP address he had at that login is the same IP he had since the beginning of playing on simplex, and is the same IP he had when he last logged on around January2018/December2017. How would I know this? That was the last time he played Minecraft with me on simplex. Anyways, on that tuesday, I went over to his house. I told him to get on mc to check out the latest things that I added to my base( this was around the evening). So he got on, checked out my base, and checked out our other two bases and teleported to all 3 of his homes and thats all he did. How would I know this? I was right next to him as he was playing (and of course, on this day, my best friend T_Pan did not have the same IP as me (Andrezoski)).
Later on during spring break, he comes over to my house. As i'm playing mc, he told me that he would like to see the shopping district. I told him that I was banned from it so he told me to log out so he can log on to see it himself, so he does so ( which is why we had the same IP on this occasion). Mind you, he just so happen to be an apprentice. Now, if T_Pan really was my alt account and I purposely created the account just to sneak into the district, you will have noticed the sudden surge of voting to be apprentice and the second T_Pan would of became apprentice, I would have the same IP and would have snuck in ages ago, but that is not the case because there was no sudden surge of votes nor instant entrance of shopping district upon becoming apprentice. But isn't it a bit too suspicious how I know this? Well, I know this because my best friend only logs on to play with me, and before this week, he last logged on around winter break ( 2017December/2018January ) as I mentioned before and he was already apprentice then, hence, no surge of votes for me to create an "alt " account to sneak in.
How can I prove it really is spring break and we went to each others houses? You will notice how actively I played through out this week which is not normal considering how when I'm in college, I only play maybe an hour or two during schoolday evenings. Checking my play history will show how much I played this week, and I would only play this amount in college if I was on vacation ( hence free time, spring break) because there would be no way I could play all day and still study. If that is not enough, I (andrezoski) go to F.I.U ( yes, the university who's bridge fell ) and my best friend goes to F.S.U. , we both have spring break the same week and both of our IP addresses can be found to be in Miami ( thats where we live). How would I know all this? He's my best friend, we know each other inside out ,and he only gets on MC during winter,summer, and spring breaks since he is dorming in FSU.
I know I have caused trouble in the past ( reverse shopping in shopping district) , and i can assure you I stopped causing trouble a long time ago, Ive been behaving and I didn't use my friends account as a mean of "sneaking " into the shopping district. All i ask of simplex staff is to please un ban my best friend ( T_Pan), Im not lying about any of these facts and please check all the in game claims I made. My best friend and I have everything on this server, and I don't think its fair for him to be banned when we intended no mischief.
