I've been watching Hermitcraft recently, and I like the idea of the loot tables for more mob heads. I'm aware it isn't very vanilla, but I think it would be a fun addition, and also bring the economy back from only diamonds as currency. Even if we just implement the charged creeper method, I still love the idea. Just a fun suggestion ;p
