i was just perm banned for Xraying after i was mining for about an hour or so, I wasn't Xraying...i had about 15 diamonds a stack or two of iron and about a stack of gold. Aswell as a lot of redstone. i was using a fortune 2 pick so thats why i had so much redstone. Id like to be unbanned because i literally did nothing wrong but apparently i did? ill start making entire quary if that'll prove that i dont xray....this is already getting old....yup......id also like to see my mining anticheat thing aswell... (my disccord username is the @dayz_tk and i messaged SnuRRe)

here is the video, you worked pretty damn hard for those diamonds in the lava. The ones you couldn't have known were there without xray.
When Snurre has the chance, I'm sure he will have more for you as he was the one to ban you.

Okay, So. I viewed the video and it does look like i was Xraying, But i can assure you that i wasnt, I had been mining for about an hour or so and got bored, i came across the lava pool and decided to try and empty all the lava, while doing so i saw the two diamonds and decided to instead, mine those rather than fill the pool of lava. thats why i mined a few blocks behind the ores, to see if there were anymore. i doubt youll take my word for it but its worth a shot. I was really enjoying Simplex but now that im banned im kinda really mad... If i was recording i wouldve been able to have proof but im lucky if im able to get even 30 frames in minecraft with all my settings at the lowest...so....running a mod tool in the background let alone even a recording software really wouldnt make it a fun experience....so ig youll just have to trust me :/
you probably wont but id really like to be unbanned WHILE keeping everything ive mined as i was not xraying....PLEASE

I don't know if players are allowed to respond to ban appeals, but I'm risking it. You started to clear the lava pool, but then you started going in one direction for no apparent reason. It was like you were trying to get away with x-ray but then you decided it was taking too long and it would be easier to go straight for it at that point. I must admit if you had just cleared the pool, as I have done in the past without x-ray, you couldn't have been accused, but it's the way you did it that makes you seem guilty. I liked your appeal because it really seemed heartfelt but the evidence doesn't show it. I recommend that on whatever server you play on next, maybe it'll be this one, that you don't lie about it and when you're caught make excuses. I see this all the time and it makes my brain hurt. Kinda like the "Sam" incident.

If I was Xraying i can guarantee i wouldnt have gone for those diamonds. Yes it does look like im guilty but i was simply bored of mining and decided to waste the junk in my inv by using it to fill the lava pool. Idk how i can even get evidence of not cheating because i dont record my screen at all hours of the day....I know that it wont help but i can show my files and stuff. I legit dont have a good enough pc to run any special programs. Ill find out my specs and tell you but yea...sorry ig.

So I finally got around to answer this. Sorry for the delay, but life outside minecraft has first priority. So you've seen the first video Kitty posted, that is pretty straight forward proof of xray. I can also add this video, the start and the end of this is clear proof. You suddenly turn or dig up/down straight to patches of ores. Not just diamonds, but a lot of other ores. This video starts out right after you mined a staircase right up to a big patch of iron/redstone/gold, you hit it exactly. Then there is a few more places in the start of the video, and then some solid proof at the end of the video, where you end up right down to a patch of diamonds at the end. You also stop a lot, lookup all around you. Into the walls, in the roof, at the floor, before you continue mining. Noone does that without xray, and you do it a lot. I can also add a few pictures of some of it. Here you mine along, then suddenly straight down to iron and gold:  Here you suddenly mine down again, straight to diamonds:  Then I can add in a picture of some of your mines. This is so extremely random, and with ores in every corner everywhere.  We have discussed this within the staff team, and you will stay permanent banned for using xray for a second time. |

Well rip...i wasnt xraying but its cool ig. i dont like mining normal strip mines, i tend to mine very randomly and if you call it xraying go ahead (i get bored easily and was trying to find random pockets of ore of any kind). I wasnt and I know i wasnt and thats all i need to know. Have a whatever day  |
