I find it quite degrading to find that forum posts that are meant to be a way for members of the server to express their opinions are being attacked by mods because the mods have something against the person or beacause the post is about them. For example coolbones post about rules not being in force was immediately attacked for his advertising mute apposed to the issue proposed, staff members immediately voted against his opinion because they felt they were doing a good job. This should not be the case, staff members shouldn’t be the ones judging stuff like this and should instead be waiting for the poll to finishe legitimately then addressing any issues proposed by those who vote.

Fair enough. As long as banned members don't vote on forum posts either.

Well the only issue I see with this is that there are auctually posts that are for the entire commounity and the staff team is still the community. Like for example close the voting for mods and then we can't vote for build comps or if people do random polls.

I vote quite often and I am not a member of the staff. I have never been asked how to vote. I vote logically as that is what all of us should do. My son can vote as he is a member of these forum's, and I never direct him on how to vote.
I believe that all active members should be able to vote be it a new member or staff.
