When it just says kicked, you should be able to rejoin immediately.
Sorry about that, we have an anti cheat plugin (Spartan) that sometimes acts out a bit and do false kicks.

If it does stuff it shouldn't and you're able to reproduce it, record it if possible and post it in the spartan thread here at the forum.
