Reason: Well as I was blocked by kitty, so i'm not sure, but I guess defending MrNix and Myself or "Arguing".
Appeal: To be honest, I don't really know what to say...
First, I would like to be unbanned from the discord if I may.
Also, I just want to make a disclaimer for Hiro, I'm sorry that you felt upset I really am.
So I guess I will start here for the main thing, I voiced my opinion on discord on the situation where MrNix was banned permanently.
I voiced my opinion because MrNix a good player on the server who everyone honestly trusts, got banned, for voicing his own opinion. But this is my appeal, so what did I do wrong?
The same thing basically, in this "other discord" I said why I didn't think Hiro should be mod. Someone spammed the link to the "other discord" in the simplex discord and a person (who shall not be named) joined and copied all the text and showed it to some people. Now lets fast forward. I was called a bully and an awful person for voicing my opinion, even though, that's what you're supposed to do on helper/moderator applications, voice your opinion on the player.
Now here are some direct quotes from me, not changed. (If you need photo evidence as well I will be glad to show them).
"Not saying she is a bad person, just saying that a lot of the things she does is stupid and not mod worthy"
This quote here ^ Shows that I don't think she is honestly bad, but the way she acts around others holds me back from thinking that she would be ready as a mod.
"When I rejoined the server again I could tell she was an asshole"
Now there is more context to this quote ^ When I say this quote here its mostly because
When I first rejoined back i think on like the third day I came back? It was at night and Hiro joined, and she was drunk. She was typing badly, and was saying some rude things in chat when people asked if she was okay or if she should be on right now. That was my first impression, my second impression, and on my third impression.
Now here is that quote that I said directly to Hiro to back up my statement when I was called a bully and a horrible person by kitty,
"No offense hiro but most of the time you're drunk when I see you on and you usually get angry really fast"
That is another direct quote from me, if you need photo evidence just ask (the only reason i got that quote is because a buddy screencapped it for me.
Now here are some quotes, from the other party.
"Don't worry, the votes on the forum don't really count for shit. The staff have the say who is in"- Kitty
Honestly if this is true then there really is no point in anyone giving opinions in the first place, just pick the people who you are friends with the most.
"I'm drunk because I can be, I'm an adult" - Hiro
I used this quote as a supporting factor for my argument on why I gave my opinion in the first place.
Afterwards Hiro says she didn't start it, and I said she did which a second later I corrected myself, and I said the (person who shall not be named because I respect their privacy) started it, Which kitty brings up a valid point that the person who shared the link started it. Which may I point out was not MrNix or Me and Nix took the blame for it.
And for the record, the Mod in charge (Kitty), all I was told was "Lets not keep beating a dead horse" and I said "You just banned an entire community on simplex that supported your server" and then I was banned.
Later this was said, and it's just childish in my opinion.

In the end, I was banned for sharing an opinion on a discord server where we are supposed to be allowed too.
I don't usually talk much in discord or in game for a reason, but as soon as I opened my mouth to give my personal belief I was slapped.
Apparently your credibility is gone as soon as you give an opinion with evidence.
As I said up top, I'm sorry Hiro that my opinions hurt your feelings. It was not my intention to hurt them but give an accurate response on why I didn't think you should be helper/mod.
