I realized that I totally stepped the line with that last comment, and it probably came off as really misogynistic (unintentionally), but for the record I'm a female. Also I was done arguing about the mute and sent a meme to the chat, when you sent some sass my way, I responded back with some sass, which was fair game in my opinion. But I realize that you were probably already done with my bs by then and I apologize if I offended you. However the only thing banning me accomplished was making everyone In the simplex discord voice move to my personal discord server, and I really don't want to steal the activity from the simplex discord. Believe it or not I like this server enough to donate the max (even though I got muted 5 min after donating, oof irony) but on an ending note I would like to be unbanned from the server discord, and I promise not to push your buttons anymore. First off, I don't know what went down yesterday on the discord and there's no real option to mute there only ban. On the server however, most people get short mutes such as 5 - 10m as a warning. You, however, have been muted for 24 hours, 3 different times, by 3 different staff members in just the last two weeks. First by Veil, then by me, and the most recent time by Kitty. I've reread through your chat logs on the server and the stuff you say is disgusting, inappropriate, and not welcome here. If you forgot, here are some highlights:

I don't know what happened on the discord and what was said to kitty to make her so upset but as far as I'm concerned you have been given enough warnings. Take it somewhere else.

so i learned this morning what what said to kitty in the discord which got her upset. as you yourself state, your comment was way over the line and frankly the staff is done wasting time on you and your group of friends. you have been permanently muted on the server and remain banned from the discord as your chat seems to be an ongoing problem.

1) Most of those comments are extremely out of context and were obviously jokes, but some are deserving of punishment I'll give you that.
2) When I actually got muted it was for none of these things ^^^^ The things I was actually muted for were ridiculous and totally undeserved which is why I complained in the discord. (which started the conflict with kitty)
3) Literally everything you quoted me on were directed at my friends, people who were in the server discord with me all playing along, and was in no way harassment.
4) A lot of those comments were also when I first joined the server and was not yet warned of the chat rules, I had been more careful with what I was saying and then still got muted by kitty for something that didn't even violate any rules.
5) All of this could have been avoided if the staff would communicate instead of instantly jumping to the mute, all it would have taken is a simple "hey, please don't say that". When people are muted/banned/jailed without being warned all you're doing is creating more work for yourselves, because now you have to respond to a million appeals that could have been avoided. I have been an admin on quite a few servers believe it or not and I found that being forgiving and understanding that its easy to miss-communicate through the extremely limited MC chat makes the job a WHOLE lot easier.
6) The staff is extremely inconsistent with the chat rules. Which makes following the "rules" hard when each mod is able to determine what they see as mutable at any point in time. I've witnessed people legitimately being harassed in the chat and just being told to do /ignore, but when someone I wasn't even talking to complained about me it was an instant mute.
7) If you want to keep me muted indefinitely that's fine but I have already started a Paypal claim because I am no longer able to use what
I payed for. The server owners PayPal may be receiving a strike, which is permanent and not good for the account.
Sorry for causing you trouble, but I think some constructive criticism was needed. Again, I quite enjoy playing on the server but the inconsistencies, and overall disregard for the people who are supporting your server is WACK.
