In-Game Name: CamoElite19 Rank: Amateur Reason For Ban: Suspected X-Ray. I have no clue what I was banned for. I made sure none of my mines looked x-rayed so it was less likely to get me banned, by this I mean I mined a straight 2x2 for about 100--1500 blocks in a single direction. I mined every ore I could see or that was in my path, I also explored the caves I ran into and mined ores from them. I mine on level 11 which in my opinion is the best way to find diamonds. Fair enough I hit the limit and honestly thought to myself does this look like its been X-Rayed, probably going to get a ban for it anyway. I will show you my .minecraft folders so you can see my versions and mods. (Which I have also asked about on the forums and been told the ones I have installed are okay to have.) Thanks!  |

Hi. First of all, showing us your minecraft folder is no evidence at all, since you can easily remove stuff before we look at it. And second, you are correct at one thing, you really made sure none of your mines looked xrayed, as you filled in every spot you mined away from your tunnel to find diamonds. Enjoy this video of you filling in some xrayed parts, and running around checking if the rest of your tunnel looked okay: Now, on to the real evidence. Okay, well done, you caught me. I will accept my punishment for this, but also one question. Will my stuff be taken, as some diamonds I did legit find using that method or are even those gone. I will remove my mod completely. I've learnt my lesson. Well played |

Your stuff has already been taken, every minable mineral and every item made from it.
We can't possible go through every single thing you did in the whole game to check what is legit or not.

I still think there should be a down side to lying to staff in an appeal (and an up side to telling the truth, for that matter).
As it is, there's no reason -not- to lie. I mean, why not? It might work, right?
