Okay so I was recently going to install the Minecraft version, ''Forge 1.12.2'' now if you are not familiar about this version, it is a version which allows you to download mods from websites and put them into a mods folder and load them onto Minecraft, Ill share a YouTube link down below to help you understand a bit better. I was just wondering if these mods if any were allowed to be used on the server, just remember these are not Hacks/Cheats, for example the Mod, ''ArmourHUD'' allows Minecraft to show the health of your amour and in-hand item on the screen without having to fn+f3+h to see the durability your tool/armour has left.
The Mod I would like to find out is legal or illegal is: ArmourHUDimgur.com/a/Lrg97 This link shows you what the AmourHUD allows you to see about your Amour, if you look on the left hand-side of this photo you will see what the Mod displays. Thanks for your help!

General rule of thumb is that as long as it doesn't give you an advantage it's fine.
Cosmetic changes that allow you to see potion durations, equippepd armor, durablity, etc without opening your inventory are okay to use. So are things like waypoints mods (within reason) and minimaps (as long as caves and mobs aren't shown), time-of-day changers, animation mods, crosshair mods, chat display mods, etc. It's not like we could even remotely moderate entirely client-side cosmetic changes like that anyway, since they're undetectable through player events (unlike many cheats).
Autoclickers, anti-afk scripts, crafting scripts, auto-tool, auto-armor, auto-loot, etc are not okay. Neither are things like ESP and free-cam/cam-clip type mods (FOV, distance, and rotation changes are okay though).
