Okay, I am done with this. Everyone knows that you cant get hurt with no invent right? So I decided to go watch pvp matches, but you know how in the bleachers you cant see everything? So I went to the central ladder tower to watch fights with no invent, I got killed but re-spawned and went back to see if it worked that time, it did so I just watched, I was watching the fights and apparently your nice hacking firefighter buddy Ken, decided that he was the only one how can get a better view and told me to move, I didn't want to so I didn't, he jailed me for 24 hours, then when I asked the other moderator for help, the other mod on at the time, VeilStar, who i thought was an honest mod, decided to ignore me and mute me, so now I lose my shop because I am going on vacation, and can't tell Zanril, and Ken is now trying to get me a nice permanent ban to tie it all up, so I am pretty sure this is going to be deleted before any other mods see this but maybe another member might stick up for whats right, and I don't think that I should lose everything because ken abused his mod power, so 'Nakz out

Dude, I'm pretty sure that's a simplified, your-sided story of this. There's a few things wrong with that wall of text.
- Ken's a mod. What is this hacking you speak of.
- He probably asked you kindly to move for some logical reason. Most likely you were jailed for giving chat-related reasons because of your attitude or obvious hate against Ken.
- Veil probably ignored you cause you were annoying the public and clearly, you needed to chill.
- If your shop goes down due to being jailed/permabanned, then alright. You don't exactly get jailed/permabanned for being a nice guy. As much as I don't want to say it, if you were blocked off by TWO members of staff, in public with many witnesses to see them asking you to refrain from doing (insert complaint here), as well as being visibly warned, then this is nobody else's fault but yours.
Tough luck bro, the forums aren't here for you to salt staff for something you did wrong.

Hey! I am not going to delete this and i think its funny you think i would. so i went and sanctioned off the chat between you and i (there was a lot) your jail is perfectly legit. I told you to leave the arena if you cant pvp you get in the way thus the reason for the bleachers. "Everyone knows that you cant get hurt with no invent right?" so you asked this and if everyone knows that that means you do too... being defenseless means you cant pvp so you disobeyed me leading to your jail. for the mute you called me a "nawtzee". you can read all of this and all the foolishness you said to me in the log here chatlog.docx (14.23 KB) . Now us mods like to have some fun once in awhile and the players enjoy that too... we normally mess around near spawn. for example today mark and i were playing around throwing snowballs at people i was still doing that when you were online. when i was flying i was just watching the pvp and veil teaching players some pvp skills. (i was also messing around with veil throwing around snowballs again) then you came with the attack that im a hacker ect ect ect.
thats all i have to say for now.

Well, you had been annoying ken with hackusations for a good little while before then. He's obviously not hacking, but just in creative mode. By the time you guys got to the 'moving while being in the PVP arena' part of the conversation I was no longer even reading chat due to all the nonsense. Whether or not you should or shouldn't be in the pvp arena while being unable to be hit is debatable and I frankly have no real opinion on. But for what it's worth, it is a pvp arena, and the spectator 'seats' are outside of it. The reason I muted you was because you called Ken a 'nawtzee' (nazi) and asked me to 'fix' what was going on. The entire ordeal had been going on for way too long ago, and calling someone a 'nawtzee' isn't something you should do. You can message Zanril or Kitty about your shop on the shopping district discord here discord.gg/z5h9F (link expires in a day). Anyway. This isn't something you'd be permanently banned over, but you have to understand that enough is enough. Edit: Your jailtime is a day, by the way. |

Mods have the right to use creative when not building or doing anything for players. why you ask we have that right? PUTTING UP WITH BRATTY KIDS LIKE YOU. we don't get paid for out staffing abilities so we like to around when we can.
now on the part of your shop, Zanril isn't the only one you can talk to. I am the co-manager and "acting captain" until Zanril comes back. you also can tell any of the demo crew that you will be gone for a while and they would relay that information back to myself. you wont lose your shop for a single day in jail, especially if you keep up your shop sign on a regular basis. so would you like me to put a hold on your shop sign or will you be able to log on tomorrow night and update it before leaving (if coming back within 12 days)??

This log was created by me by copy pasting from my log from the .Minecraft folder. I pulled out everything that was said by myself and you and anything that pertained to the situation. This is the real log nothing was added. When things start to get spammy sometimes people ignore chat or when they are busy they ignore chat. If it we're you vs another player veil would have paid attention but because I am a staff member I was able to handle it. I said many times I was in creative aka gm 1.

PS it says in no place that mods are allowed to be in creative mode so, having been on other servers with pretty much no moderation what so ever, I automatically went to thinking hacking, i apologize for the crude things i said, except the furry thing i meant that, i am mildly mature kind of enough to admit i am at fault so i admit i was wrong.
