Don't let my name be confusing. My previous Minecraft name was Merro_Elneno, or Merro for short. As of two weeks ago, I've decided to change my name to Auzerneo to fit with my YouTube channel and ect. However, I've seen that my rank and votes on the server have changed. Instead of being a GrandMaster with around 456, I am now an amature with 2 votes. I would find it nice and helpful if someone can resolve or help me resolve this issue.

Did you make a new minecraft account or did just a name change? With a name change with the same account it should have stayed the same, I like to use Brinz as an example for things like this as he has changed his name multiple times and has kept rank, votes, and claims. I will let Meehan know regardless.

It's the same account. I only changed the name. From what I can see, I have all of my claims, but my votes and rank seemed to have reseted.

![]() I want to check up and see if this issue was ever fixed. I have just signed on almost a month later, and I see that my rank is still not right. The game now says I'm a novice and have only voted once, even though I have voted countless amount of times since then. I don't want to make this into a big deal, but it would be greatly appreciated if this issue can be fixed. I just don't to change my name back. Just to clarify again, my previous username was Merro_Elneno, and I have changed it to Auzerneo over a month ago. |

So, I've just noticed that Meehan has messaged almost a month ago asking me details of the situation. Unfortunately, I had no idea as I haven't logged on for a month. With that said, it may be my own fault as to why the issue hasn't been fixed yet.
