Upon attempting to connect to the server I've been getting a failed to verify username message. This has so far only occurred with simplex. Minecraft version is 1.11.2. Has anyone else gotten this error, and if so, are there any known fixes?

Edit 2: ~~Problem has reoccurred!~~

Edit 3: Problem occurs inconsistently. Odds are it's client side and impossible to reproduce.

(As in did you pay for your account or are you using a free one you got from the internet?) The accounts that are found on those sites don't work on our server.
