Hello all! 
As you might have noticed, we've not had an event in a while due to everyone being a bit busy irl. So the staff have come up with a fun April event. As this month's main holiday is Easter we thought "why not an "egg" hunt to brighten up the month! (Now we know Easter is mainly a religious holiday but we can all have a little fun hunting "eggs" without having anything to do with religion.)
So lets get started: The "eggs" will be shulker boxes and chests with sweet sweet loot in them. the loot will range from not too valuable to very valuable! If you find one with something you don't want or really need pass it up so others might have a chance at it. (there will be plenty of "eggs" to go around!)
All the "eggs" will be located on one specific island that Sam and I scoped out. There are smaller islands with a slab path going out to them these are the only islands that will have "eggs" on them. If you have to swim to get there, there wont be "eggs" there.
The 'comp' warp will be used to get to the island as that is our event warp. The island will have containertrust public but not until the day of the event. no one will be permitted to go there until the event day. If you warp early you will find yourself in a bedrock box filled with withers. (warp not set up yet just fyi.)
Now on the day, its first to the "egg" gets to grab what they want out of it. Don't be "that guy/gal" that is being rude and starts taking things when someone clearly was there first. If you get a complaint about you stealing things when someone was there first you will get a few minutes of jail time and the loot taken from you. Don't be a "that guy/gal" really.
Elytra flight is fine and there will be things you can jump off of. The "eggs" wont all be so easily found! Some will be hidden very well!
We may also have other things on the island that you can do (possibly a mase, small rollercoaster ect.) just really depends on how much time we have to spend on this project as we are normally really busy doing staff stuffs.
