Reason why I was banned: I had stolen from Nurikoh in the nethershops a year or a year and a half ago and was almost immediately jailed
Why I think I should be unbanned: I had served my time fair and square I ended up staying 3/4's of my jail time and was active and talking to people, me and nurikoh get along just fine now, I'd like to apologize for said actions, they were a mistake made by a past self which I no longer am, I, CertifiedLucky, or Donovan M. Lynn apologize for stealing from Nurikoh officially.
