Hello all! I've recently come back to the wonderful Minecraft community after a prolonged break, and I would like to ask humbly that I could be unbanned from this server. I was banned over 4 years ago for very immature actions that I made when I was 13 years old, and was honestly tainted with an immoral influence by friends that I used to play online games with. I completely understand why I was banned but it was so long ago that I'd just like to ask for forgiveness. Current me would be appalled at what I did that got me banned and I've changed and matured as a human. Thank you for your kind consideration, -Phallus  |

It's good to hear that you've had second thoughts about your past behavior here. It's also nice to hear that Simplex is still on your mind. We agree, it's a great server and an amazing community. One minor detail: you were banned on 12/14/2018 (3 years and 4 months ago), after a month of various members of the team trying to discourage you from your behaviors. So... a long time, but not 4 years. We discussed your appeal, and came to the same conclusion: we might be inclined to take your appeal more seriously, and accept that you've changed -- except you haven't changed your name. We really just have one rule here ("Rule 0"): "Don't be a d!ck". All the other rules are just special cases of that rule. And yet, you signed your appeal as "Phallus" -- literally, a d!ck. Understood, I didn't even know you could change your Minecraft name until I looked it up just now. Changed my name to "bradleybarken"  |
