Hoping for a public pillager and raid farm

Hey everyone,
1.14 has changed the economy quite a lot, especially with villager trading. Pillager and raid farming allows players to trade emeralds for rare items at extremely reduced costs as well as earn some exclusive items as well. That said, these farms are limited by the number of available outposts. When 1.14 dropped, I spent hours looking for one of these outposts with no luck. I think there's still some out there, but there's no easy way to locate them.
I was hoping we could find one and, as a community, build a pillager and raid farm for public use. I realize it would be a big project, and would likely be far from spawn and any /warps. I'd be willing to help make it and donate materials for it.
Most farms aren't as limited in availability. I've seen countless unraided ocean monuments for example, but I have yet to find an outpost.
