I have been putting alot of time and effort into my recent project, which would be what I have been calling "The Housing District" For awhile now. I currently need to finish the heart of the town, being the castle, but a section of land is claimed nearby meaning I can't Use the land I need. I also need to terraform, so if any staff could help with this I would Greatly appreciate it. If im unable to Overclaim the base, Then I can work with what I can, and i understand not being able to overclaim Others land. here are the screenshots of my base. ![]() Attachments:

Hi.
I'm afraid I can't remove that claim completely, as there is a proper player base inside of it, not just a dirt hut or a half built house.
We don't remove a players base/build ever, with a few exceptions.
Since the player has been offline for almost 2 years, I at least resized the claim to make it smaller.
You should have a bit more space to play with, but try to stay away from building too close anyway, as you're quite close already.
Should at least have some space to make the terrain look better or something.
