Punishment and Duration: Temporary Ban for 7 Days
Reason: Xray
Appeal: Right. So my name is Ivan, and you will not be able to find my account in the bans. This is because my cousin, who is immature, joined in with an account called 'IvanTheBae' (he won't change it). We use the same network and the outside IP is the same. To prove that it is not me, I implore you to look into the chat logs from Friday and for sure Saturday Night. There you will find that I (IvanTheGreat) have been chatting and even teleporting with my cousin (IvanTheBae). I attempted to get on and saw that I was banned for Xray. Knowing my cousin, he definitely did it. I texted him and he admitted to xraying yesterday, Sunday the 28th. We live in the same location, but I can point you in the right area for my mining zone. I mine in straight lines for hours until my inventory fills. A full cobblestone chest would prove that I presume. Now, Since he admitted to xraying, he also claims that he will not return to the server. I can not promise for him, but I would more than welcome a nametag ban for IvanTheBae. It is not my account and would gladly have it removed to prove a point. I really enjoyed the server for the last week of playing, and asked him if he would like to join on Friday. Immediately, he was getting errors that gave him a limit on the amount of diamonds, iron, etc. that he could mine. When he followed the link, it stated that he needed to build or mine other blocks to be able to release the wait time for the blocks. So he did not cheat until Sunday for an hour until ban. If I see him on the server ever again I will make sure to make a forum post to the staff to ask for a name ban. NOT an IP ban.
Thank you for reading this crazy long appeal. I would like the minimal amount of temporary ban time available, if you all allow it. If you decide that I am not telling the truth, I will take the 6 remaining days of temporary ban and resume playing without complaints.
