So I got banned last week for X-Raying which I did... delt with the ban yes yes yes...
get back on just now
make a joke about me mining some diamonds and "asked" the Mods if its okay as a joke...
someone asked me why im asking that and i explained because I X-Rayed last week I got the ban so just making sure they know that i legit found the Diamonds....
and i think it was Emajor7 who took the joke wrong and thought I did it just now... (I did not)
Giving me a temp ban even though I literally didnt do anything this time.
I've said before I dont care for the mining aspect so take the diamonds away if you really do think that i didnt get them legit... but just let me build my base please thats all I ask for.

This ban has been lifted. There was a mistake, but it has been fixed

This was an unusual case that was mostly handled over discord, but for the record this is what happened:

1) TopFrogo was talking about a past x-ray ban in chat. I misunderstood, thought it was an x-ray confession.

2) I checked the mines, saw the x-ray and gave TopFrogo a reduced 3-day temp-ban for being honest.

3) TopFrogo contacted me, telling me a temp-ban had already been served for this x-ray last week.

4) I looked into it, and between me and Kitty we were able to figure out what happened:
-She had already banned TopFroggo for x-ray last week, but under the username MintyTramp29 (Minty had changed usernames to TopFrogo after the ban). Since this was the case, I wasn't able to find a record of the ban because I was unaware of the name change. I was searching the punishment reports for TopFrogo, but the ban was under the username MintyTramp29.

Anyway the ban has been lifted and everyone's happy now.
