About a year ago or so, an incident happened that will probably never be forgiven. An act that the staff should deserve an apology, a year ago (roughly, and this is from my memory) sneakykitty asked coolbone14 to clear the junk from MrNix’s shop and he got jailed for stealing diamonds. MrNix went ahead and forgave coolbone14 for what he did and he said himself he doesn’t deserve to be in jail. I, currently smileslol in the game wasn’t there to witness it I’m only telling from memory. everything that coolbone14 did in that server really helped him get through some tough times and he loved cooperating in the server. He was just a genuine friendly guy, he really didn’t deserve what happened. Everyone saw coolbone14 as a good member he never wanted to break any rules and none of this is intentional his actions are forgivable, and maybe after a year of absence he definitely deserves a second chance. He definitely still needs to apologize to all the staff he has personally attacked

I was going to write an appeal for him as well, although I feel that he should write one and apologize himself. Instead of creating multiple threads, I decided to post here. However, here is his appeal he wanted me to send:
Hello server and staff of simplex,
It has been over a year since the whole nix confusion, which lead to a lot of players doing regrettable things such as lashing out at the staff, stealing, and advertising. I am making this appeal on behalf of Coolbone14 whom I feel deserves a second chance. He was banned for stealing from Nix after he had gotten banned, aswell as advertising another server by using diamonds. He had also sworn at staff, which wasn't a very smart decision. At the time, everyone was outraged by the ban of MrNix, and weren't thinking clearly. I believe that now that the drama has settled down and that the whole situation is over-with and since a year has passed, that Coolbone14 should be given a second chance. He wasn't thinking clearly, as he was caught up in the moment and going along with the group. We all do stupid things when around our friends from time to time. In no way should this excuse his actions, as they shouldn't have been done; but I believe that if he was allowed back to the server it would be different this time, as he would have better judgement. Coolbone14 is sorry for his actions, and is also sorry to any staff he had antagonized, and would love to be given a second chance to return again and play with his friends on the server. As a friend of coolbone, I vouch for him and feel that he should be given a second chance.

you two are very good and loyal friends. Coolbone needs to appeal himself though. If you have contact with him, have him make his own apologies and appeal. (top friend's appeal didn't have all the info but CptChlorox's was a little bit closer.) Thanks and have a good day.

Reason: Advertising and Disrespecting Staff
Appeal: Hello everyone, Coolbone14 here and I'd like to make a formal appeal and would also like to apologize for my actions leading up to my perm ban. About a year ago I made some unwise choices, as I both advertised on the server and said some things that were out-of-line about the staff. I'd like to personally apologize to Kitty, because a lot of the things I had said were against her. In no way did I mean what I had said, and I realize now that it was immature of me to say those things. Advertising another server also was not a good call on my part. The staff, including Kitty, do a great job on the server, and even though I disagree with some of the bans that were handed out, I completely agree that I deserved mine. I'd like you to know that I am very sorry and want no hard feelings between us. I believe that I have matured over the year and will have better judgement this time if allowed back on the server. If given the chance to play again, I promise to follow all the rules and to behave myself.

Hello there, I am Coolbone14's friend. I do not know what he did, I wasn't there.
I was his friend back when all of this went down, I guess I don't remember him telling me about it but I can even tell that he is a changed person now.
He has gotten a lot more mature and has more of a brain then he did back then.
I hope you're able to forgive him, I know it's not my place to post this kind of stuff here or even ask for forgiveness on his behalf. I haven't even played on this server before but he seems upset about it and he would probably like to be unbanned so that he can see his old builds and friends.

Coolbone in the end i will never be okay with you coming back to this server. Seeing as you have agreed with someone who said "Kitty has probably drunk herself to death again" just today in another messenger. You still have no respect for the staff. All you did was cause trouble on the server and i can see that you have not stopped causing this trouble... So you may as well go back and play on the server you played on while you were gone.

I believe we are being framed, we have a group chat on discord where we talked about how we really wanted coolbone14 unbanned from simplex. I’m coming forward and saying that I was the one that jokingly said “kitty has drunk herself to death again” because I thought it would’ve been funny since I’m a joker and guy who jokes around a lot I can personally apologize to kitty if you like, there are about 3 culprits who could’ve leaked that image to you. There’s me who would’ve never done it because I was the one who said it and the screenshot is on an android phone I use iPhone and there’s cptchlorox who really wanted to get coolbone14 back into simplex but why would he ever want to frame us? Choo, who is also in the group chat could’ve leaked it. We believed he could’ve been lying. I am really sorry for what I said and I can personally apologize to kitty and coolbone too but somebody somehow got that image and sent it to you and told you 1ups was coolbone, there is somebody framing us. I never would’ve sent it because I don’t know you ken. I don’t know what else to say right now but somebody is leaking this stuff trying to prevent coolbone from getting unbanned again I’m sorry
