Punishment and Duration: (6 hours jail, then muted)
Reason: (talking? Spamming maybe?)
Appeal: I was trying to get Ghostburger123's attention so I typed a message to no reply. once he came back I typed the same message again then, consequently Lord_Phleanix voiced his opinion on how this was not okay and it was spamming. after I said this and quote "Bruh sound effect No 3." and then got jailed. While in jail I asked what id been jailed for (as I'm kinda new here and didn't know about the forms) then I got muted for that. In my opinion this is no means a need for 6 hours jail and mute on top of it (when I was just asking for help). while yes I shouldn't have retyped the message (then second time Ghost noticed) I feel this is kind of an abuse of power against a new player. this really turned me off playing this server even though I have had a good time so far. there were also only 5 players on at the time and I thought sending the message a second time was ok.

EDIT: I don't remember what was said exactly but it wasn't that bad (in my opinon) chat logs might prove? maybe I pissed him off but I don't think that's not enough to warrant jailing me while I'm just trying to have fun with a friend
