Punishment and Duration: Banned for One Hour
Reason: It says I must turn off Auto-Reconnect
Appeal: Hello. I logged onto Minecraft this morning to find that I could not connect to Simplex, but I didn't think much of it, as I looked up the reason I was given then (io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: ConnectionRefused), and everyone was saying it was an issue that quickly resolved itself. And then, a few minutes ago, I was able to log on. I walked into my base, and was then kicked from the Server and shown with this message: "You are banned from this Server for 59 minutes 22 seconds. Reason: Please turn off Auto-Reconnect. I have never heard of Auto-Reconnect, let alone used it on the Simplex Server. I just want to be able to go back to building my Church. Thank you.
OK Update. Now it's saying that I'm not whitelisted for the server, and that that is why I can not connect AFTER my one hour ban has ended. Please look into this, as I really just want to be able to play today.
