TheUglyPirate's Ban Appeal

Ok lets get this started shall we. If you would like evidence of your first xray I can provide those for you. This evidence is based entirely on what you did today. I made sure everything here was from today's date and not from your tempban before I banned you.

This one you were mining at the bottom level of stone at the bottom of the pic(y lvl 5) but you stopped mining turned back and went up to y lvl 8, hitting diamonds right away. Luck? doubtful.

Here You were mining along but went back and went up to y11. then you dug around the lava area. Not exactly xray, plenty of people do it it right? But you have not done this literally at any other lava pools. All the diamonds were covered by stone, no way to tell they were there without xray or if it was a habit of yours to do this a lava pools.

Here is really bad, the beginning of this tunnel was done by someone else(out of picture) but you went and continued it and went down to these diamonds. If you mined the tunnel that the first person did you would have missed these 2 diamonds by 2 layers of stone.

And finally, my personal favorite, Under the stairs. Those stairs were put in on the 5th. They miss those diamonds by 1 stone. 1 block lower and they would have been found on the 5th. But they were not. That whole corner was covered in stone. Those diamonds impossible to see without xray. none of the ores around led to those diamonds. stone covered them. but you would know that as you were the one to xray and see them there.

We do not take xraying lightly. You were temp banned the first time but you ignored it. After a long while you may appeal again but we may or may not let you back on. Stealing diamonds with xray is stealing from the community as a whole and we are no ok with it. Take time to grow and learn from your actions. There may be a server out there for you, but it's just not this one. Thanks and have a nice day.

If you had not xrayed there, someone else might have had the opportunity to have mined those diamonds. You live alone? then who is Nickerus? Shouldn't they have had a chance at fining those diamonds for them self without xraying? If you played long enough, you wouldn't invite others to either mine with you or to join your little area? Maybe not but who are we to know. You ruined that opportunity real quick.
