Punishment and duration: Permanent ban
Reason: Advertising
Appeal: It is come to my attention that my little brother Bzer01989 has been banned for advertising his Minecraft realm by one of the admins. I have not come to pester the admins and accuse them of falsely banning my little brother, as they rightly punished him, but rather I have come to the forum to ask for mercy upon my brother based on the context of the situation. My little brother is nine years old, and has very little understanding of things, which often times means that he leads himself (ignorantly of course) into his own destruction, whether this be trusting an individual that he should not trust, or advertising his realm with the idea that a realm is not a server and it would not count as advertising. He came to me immediately after he was banned, thinking he was banned for no reason. I then asked him what he did before he was banned, to which he replied that all he said was that he invited his friends to his realm. I didn't understand what he said initially, and thought he said "room" instead of realm so being confused I ordered him to show me the ban message, hahah, but then it finally hit me. Fast forward another day of lazing about on winter break, and I finally had the thought come into my head, and here I am. Sorry for rambling, but I just wanted to make it clear that my little brother is not wise, and is of little understanding, as all nine year olds are and I just wanted to see if perhaps he could be given a second chance considering he didn't even know what the heck he was being banned for, hahah. I understand if you guys aren't willing to unban him as some servers don't particularly care about age and hold punishment as the priority, but I would hope that you guys would show some mercy to my little brother, considering the situation, hahah.
