Hello everyone.
For the past two days, there has been a problem with voting on TopG.
Whenever you attempt to connect to the website, for some players, it gives an error saying that the DNS server could not be found. For others, it works normally.
To temporarily fix this problem, use your mobile data on your phone to vote. If not, try to use another network. Try a different browser. This worked for me, but it took several attempts to do so.
Clearing your cache and cookies might not work since I have also tried to do that.
Another error I see here is when some players who are able to connect to the website try to vote, they receive a message from the webpage saying that they have already voted when they have not done so. I don’t know what happens, but usually when I see that message, I connect to a different WiFi network or use mobile data on my phone and it goes through afterwards.
Two nights ago, it was not working for anyone. Yesterday, it worked for some players. Today, hopefully, these problems are fixed. Those are some solutions that I have found.
