If I wanted to know what plugins are used to make this server group friendly, where would I find that info? I want to put some of these on my family server. Like the /tpa command and /home command and such.

EssentialsEX(more advanced version of Essentials) is what gives home, sethome, tpa etc.
The claims and stuff is Griefprevention.
Then we have NCP as anti cheat, and AntiXray that gives the mining limit.
Not sure what else you want to know, just ask I guess.
