Hey, so I've been mining for a while and after a bit it tells me "You're good at mining! Take a break!"
Sounds like a staff broadcast notification saying "Hey investigate this guy!" to me, so here's some info.
1.) I mine at level 11 which is AT the level that lava spawns the most, not under or above it, so I rarely have to worry about walking into it. Level 11 also has a ceiling view of level 13, a floor view of level 9, and front views of 11 and 10. This increases the chances of running into diamonds, since diamonds spawn naturally between layers 14 and 9 the most.
2.) I am not using hacks, I uploaded a YT video clearly showing my innocence

3.) I use dynamic lights inside of Optifine to light up the tunnels with a torch in my hand.
